Day 1

So today was a lot about playing and experimenting, which had us drawing with our left hand, eyes closed, while shaking and jumping and drawing with our elbows and knees. I didn’t really like it because it was very painful for me to do. My knees hurt on the hard ground and my back and legs hurt too. However, I appreciate that they were trying to get us to loosen up and get in our feels and unleash creativity. We burned through a lot of paper, but our ugly drawings soon got turned into paper models, and then wire models. The end results were pretty good. I ended up creating a cool structure that I would have never thought up of otherwise. So while I really didn’t like the process, I have to admit that it works. I enjoyed creating a new structure. I discovered that I really like furniture design. So much of the furniture we have are so standard and boring, I think we need to bring in more fun colors and shapes to make our life interesting again.
