After making that book nook, I wanted to see what other furniture designers are up to. Me personally, I love organic shapes. Curved irregular forms. In a straight edged square room, it can really add a fun pop of contrast. So much of modern day furniture is straight edged and perfect. Which is fine, I can see the beauty in that. But what I find even better is furniture with organic curves and grooves. It just makes a form so much more interesting when you can’t predict what will come next. His works feel very peaceful and humans to me. Like the grooves would fit perfectly with he curves of a human. His design are sleek and neat, the silhouette is clean and simple, yet there is such detail and intricacy in his craft.
